Yes. Every Quippy T-shirt is printed especially for your order. Because your T-shirt is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing.

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.

Since our T-shirts are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, preference, or incorrect size selection. Size exchanges may be available in eligible cases, subject to our exchange policy and applicable conditions. Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

We've got you covered. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement as per our policy.

If you're unavailable when the delivery partner attempts delivery, please coordinate with them for another delivery attempt. If the order is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts, any refund or re-shipment will be handled according to our shipping and return policy. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

COD orders are processed after the order is placed and are meant to be accepted at delivery. If you're unavailable, please coordinate with the delivery partner for another delivery attempt. If the order is refused or returned to us, COD availability may be restricted on future orders. Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.
